This policy explains what information The Beyond Solutions collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum we need to respond to you, and we do not sell your data.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), budget range (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
We also automatically log your IP address at the time of submission, used only to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, roughly how people found us, and general device and location information. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally, and it is never linked to the information you submit through our contact form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, understand your project, and follow up with you by email or phone.
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to third parties.
Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database (Supabase) and are visible only to authorised members of our team.
We use Resend to deliver an email notification when you submit the form. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes.
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, or as required by law.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@thebeyond.solutions.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
